Public Works Specialist Certificate Program
To earn the Public Works Specialist certificate you must complete 12 of the classes offered.
To earn the Public Works Technician certificate you must complete 6 of the classes offered.
“Introduction to Public Works” is the prerequisite to all classes.
Starting in 2024, tuition is $150/each online class. This includes tuition, credit card processing fee and all necessary material. There are no other costs associated with these courses.
Each student is required to sign a Scholastic Ethics Code and Syllabus Acknowledgment

Spring 2025: Classes start February 10, 2025, ending May 2, 2025.
Summer 2025: Registration opens May 19, 2025 and closes June 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST. Classes will start the week of June 23, 2025, ending September 12, 2025.
Winter 2025: Registration opens September 29, 2025 and closes October 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST. Classes will start the week of November 3, 2025, ending January 25, 2026.
